For one of our customers, a leading sporting goods manufacturer situated in Herzogenaurach, we are looking for an
Senior Administrative Assistant (m/f)
Your tasks:
- Meeting room organization, reservations and catering
- Coordinate offsite meetings and project travel, incl. blocking rooms, organizing transportation, etc.
- Support signature processes for purchase orders and contracts
- Support manual PO creation in SAP MM and shopping cart creation in SRM
- Financial tracking: invoices and report generation to track expenditure
Your skills:
- College/university degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Working experience in the required field
- Experience working with a wide range of computer technologies and business solutions
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent Communication- and English language skills in verbal and written form
- Excellent organizational skills
- §Advanced Knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SAP (beneficial)
