The compliance function combines the knowledge of legal regulations with coaching / auditing / ensuring adherence regarding implementation in bank wide processes.
It is responsible for conducting independent compliance and risk monitoring activities related to the performance of the First Line of Defense.
The compliance function exercises judgment and constructively impacts bank teams to pursue the objectives of the compliance program as well as of the business strategy with appropriate controls.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting Raisin Bank, especially within the areas of Compliance, Information Security and Business Continuity with regard to best practices and banking supervisory regulations
Actively support within Raisin Bank’s DORA Implementation Project
Support with Analysis and overhaul of contractual agreements and their organization
Actively support the implementation of a GRC-Tool
Support the implementation of processes and written rules of procedure
Your Profile
Studies in the field of technology, law, business administration or a comparable field
Work experience in financial services, startups, legal, audit company or related field is a plus
Experience in the area of laws and regulations, compliance, information security or business continuity is a plus
Affinity for tech and automation
You are comfortable in a challenging but friendly environment and are able to communicate effectively with experienced professionals
Fluency in English, German skills would be a plus
