VP Engineering
We’re looking for a VP Engineering for a pioneering platform that is set to disrupt a traditional market. You will report to the CTO and lead a department of 100+ Engineers located in different countries.
Responsibilities - VP Engineering
Scaling Operations :
Leverage extensive experience in leading engineering departments at scale to optimize team structures and processes.
Implement best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and delivery timelines.
Technology Innovation :
Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, guiding the team in adopting cutting-edge solutions to maintain our client's competitive edge.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the engineering organization.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
Collaborate closely with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts into the overall product development lifecycle.
Drive effective communication and collaboration between departments.
Talent Development :
Attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent, creating a high-performance team.
Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for team members.
Requirements - VP Engineering
Proven Leadership :
Demonstrated success in leading large engineering departments, ideally in a disruptive technology environment.
Strategic Vision :
A track record of shaping and executing engineering strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Operational Excellence :
Experience implementing and optimizing processes to enhance team efficiency and deliver high-quality products on time.
Global Perspective :
Comfortable with occasional international travel and an international mindset to effectively collaborate with teams across borders.
