HR Generalist (m / f / d)
As an HR Generalist, you will be part of a dynamic HR team and actively contribute to achieving the department’s objectives and implementing key HR processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for a defined group of employees (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, employee relations, administration, offboarding)
- Oversee the apprenticeship and young talent programs
- Support the planning and implementation of training and development initiatives
- Collaborate on HR controlling and reporting activities
- Manage the occupational reintegration process (BEM)
- Handle special HR projects as needed
Your Profile
Degree (Diploma / Master’s) in Business Administration with a focus on labor law or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role within an industrial / production environmentStrong knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, works council, and social security lawFluent in German and English (both written and spoken)Excellent command of MS Office and SAPStrong communication, assertiveness, and decision-making skillsA team player with a proactive and structured working style
