FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

This role will be part of the  Development and Integration department, in the Traditional Funds team.

Your role

The role of the function is to discuss, understand and evaluate business needs regarding our funds industry solutions. The Technical Business Analyst translates business needs in IT requirements and tests scenarios.

  • Discuss with business line managers and analyze their needs for Funds industry solutions Transfer Agent.
  • Evaluate the new application, system, or software’s requirements, as well as establish written specifications.
  • In coordination with solutions architects, make recommendations and presentations of appropriate solutions (software development, new application, etc.) with existing systems, programs and software.
  • Help estimate, analyze impact and design solutions / projects.
  • Ensure the execution of IT projects in conformity with internal clients’ needs and requirements in terms of functionalities.
  • Carry-out tests and analyze production incidents.
  • Ensure cohesion Provide support to the users of the new system or application.
  • Keep abreast of innovations and developments on the market of information technology.

Your profile

Education

  • Master degree in Finance or information technology
  • Requested experience :

  • 1 to 3 years' experience in a bank as business analyst
  • Technical skills :

  • Excellent knowledge of the Funds industry Transfer Agent
  • Good knowledge in Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban,…)
  • Soft skills :

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Client orientation / valuation.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Team work and collaboration.
  • Organizing work and setting priorities
  • Language skills :

  • French : fluent
  • English : fluent
