Global Mobility Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Global Mobility Specialist in Germany to support us with the mobility program.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters in Germany and other Europe countries to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including but not limited to onboarding / offboarding visa payroll income tax system administration.
• Ensure the client satisfaction and be their point of contact for escalation of issues related to international mobility.
• Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting
• Ensure accuracy and frequent updates of the professionals personal information in compliance with our privacy policies.
• Any other supporting tasks required.

Requirements

Native German speaker and fluent English. Any other language proficiency is a plus. About 2-years work experience in HR or B2B Services delivery. Basic knowledge of HR policies and regulations in Germany and other Europe countries or willing to learn. Adaptable and collaborative, able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in multiple countries. Ability to multitask, prioritize and drive short turnaround times
