We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of large-scale, energy-related civil engineering projects in Wilhelmshaven. This is a pivotal role for an accomplished professional who can lead with precision, ensure compliance, and drive excellence across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all aspects of civil engineering construction projects
• Guarantee adherence to quality standards, cost targets, and project timelines
• Manage site operations and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, planners, and subcontractors
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate site documentation through project completion
• Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and client-specific standards
• Provide expert support during commissioning processes

Candidate Profile

Location : Wilhelmshaven

Compensation : €40,000 – €55,000 per annum
