Role : Head of Quality Assurance

Responsibilities :

• Lead the Quality Assurance department, including both technical and managerial oversight of assigned group leaders and staff units.
• Take responsibility for establishing and maintaining a reliable and effective quality assurance system.
• Ensure the timely implementation and compliance of quality assurance systems.
• Conduct customer audits and government inspections.
• Oversee the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and conduct management reviews.
• Manage the reporting and resolution of GMP-related deviations and changes within the department.
• Support the department head in the strategic management and planning of departmental activities.
