Job Description :
As Account Manager for Retail Shelf Management at Bruegmann Group, you will play a key role in building and maintaining close relationships with leading companies in the retail and convenience sector, predominantly in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Your tasks will include :
- Establishing and expanding sales activities with our top retail accounts
- Analyzing market data and developing strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Implementing effective shelf management programs to optimize product presentation in prime locations.
- Collaborating with retail partners on the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Tracking and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Contributing to the structures of our growing corporate group.
- Participating in product development initiatives.
- Involvement in international projects.
Your Profile :
For this position, you should meet the following requirements :
- Qualified degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- Several years of professional sales experience as an Account Manager in the retail sector.
- In-depth knowledge of shelf management and product placement strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with modern CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Good knowledge of English for communication in a global company
- Willingness to travel, also outside the DACH region
