Controller / Financial Accountant Solvency II Reporting

Let's connect : If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Finance team at our headquarters in Hanover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Controller / Financial Accountant Solvency II Reporting .

You can look forward to

• Involvement in the preparation of consolidated and individual financial statements
• Assisting with reporting to regulatory authorities, both within the year and annually
• Further development of the system landscape for Solvency II reporting
• Supporting the international locations, including quality assurance of the reporting
• Point of contact for third parties such as the Executive Board, Talanx, independent auditors and regulatory authorities (e.g. BaFin)
• Project work for example to overhaul existing processes in the context of the Solvency II review

You come equipped with

• Degree in economics, commercial law or (business) mathematics ideally with a focus on financial reporting
• Initial professional experience in connection with finance, banking or insurance is desirable
• Experience in project work is an asset
• Independent user skills in German and English
• Flair for organisation and planning
• Strong numerical reasoning and analytical mindset
