Job Description

• Bearbeitung von Beschaffungsvorgängen entlang der gesamten Prozesskette mit Terminüberwachung
• Leitung von Einkaufsprojekten und Mitarbeit in Projekten anderer Fachabteilungen
• Unterstützung aller Abteilungen in beschaffungsrelevanten Fragen
• Behandlung von Lieferproblemen mittels Analyse, Abstellmaßnahmen und deren Umsetzung
• Ausarbeiten von Vorschlägen und Maßnahmen bei Cost Reduction / Cost Avoidance (PIP)
• Permanente Optimierung der Bezugsquellen
• Lieferantenbesuche und -gespräche intern und extern führen
• Einführung neuer Beschaffungstechnologien und organisatorischer Abläufe
• Durchführen von Analysen und Erstellen von Auswertungen
• Berichterstattung über die vereinbarten Kennzahlen gegenüber dem Vorgesetzten
• Überwachung von Gewährleistungsansprüchen bei Anlagen und Investitionsgütern
• Intercompany-Benchmark; Best Practice
• Maßgebliche Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei der konkreten Umsetzung von Unternehmensabläufen und Prozessen
• Synchronisationsunterstützung zwischen AAM-Werken im Bereich Commodity Management
• Processing procurement processes along the entire process chain with deadline monitoring
• Management of purchasing projects and collaboration in projects of other departments
• Supporting all departments in procurement-related issues
• Dealing with supply problems by means of analysis, remedial measures and their implementation
• Developing proposals and measures for cost reduction / cost avoidance (PIP)
• Ongoing optimization of sources of supply
• Conducting supplier visits and discussions internally and externally
• Introducing new procurement technologies and organizational processes
• Carrying out analyses and preparing evaluations
• Reporting on the agreed key figures to the line manager
• Monitoring warranty claims for systems and capital goods
• Intercompany benchmarking; best practice
• Significant cooperation and support in the concrete implementation of company procedures and processes
• Synchronization support between AAM plants in the area of commodity management
