As part of our Portfolio Management & M&A team you will work at the intersection of strategy investments and operational performance. Youll support the entire investment lifecycle from origination and deal execution to value creation within our portfolio companies.

Your Tasks

Value Creation & Portfolio Support

• Support Operating Partners and portfolio company teams on targeted value creation initiatives
• Develop a deep understanding of company strategies market dynamics and competitive positioning
• Analyze operating and financial performance across the portfolio
• Build driver-based operating and valuation models (DCF LBO CCA / CTA) to assess impact on equity value and returns
• Prepare high-quality analyses and materials for investment committees and senior leadership
