As theJunior Project Manager Cluster Beneluxyouwill be part of our newly established PMO Benelux. You contribute to high-visibility, strategic initiatives that shape the future of our business in the region. These projects span multiple departments and cover topics ranging from operational excellence to commercial innovation, giving you broad exposure across the organization.

This role is ideally suited for someone early in their career. You will be supported by the Manager PMO Benelux and collaborate closely with experienced project - and program managers, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

What is your role?

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support and gradually take ownership of projects within the PMO portfolio. Responsibilities include :

Project Delivery & Coordination

• Assist in defining project goals, scope, and success criteria.
• Help develop project plans, track progress, and support execution to ensure delivery on time and within scope.
• Contribute to setting up and maturing PMO processes within the Benelux cluster.

Change Management & Analysis

Planning & Structuring

Resource, Risk & Issue Management
