SAP FICO Consultant with Strong Experience in International Financial Environments

We are looking to hire a SAP FICO Consultant capable of leading or executing all phases of the SAP solution lifecycle—from analysis and design to implementation and operational support. This position plays a key role in driving the continuous improvement of financial processes within global industrial organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze financial processes to define functional requirements aligned with business objectives
  • Translate functional business requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • Configure, develop, and perform unit testing of SAP solutions
  • Define reusable test cases and create test data
  • Collaborate with global functional and technical teams
  • Provide ongoing operational support for SAP FI / CO applications

Candidate Profile :

  • University degree in Information Technology or Financial Accounting
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT support of financial systems
  • Background in the manufacturing sector, especially in custom-made products or the paper industry
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP FI / CO (with a strong focus on product costing) and integration with MM, PP, PM, and SD modules
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP, user exits, customer-specific modifications, and ABAP query
  • Solid understanding and application of the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential
