Responsibilities :

  • Steuerung eines Arztaußendienst Teams zur Erreichung vereinbarter Ziele
  • Führungskompetenz durch Erkennung von Talenten, Trainingsbedarf und individuelle Coachings
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu regionalen Meinungsbildnern, Budget- und Erfolgskontrolle, Marktanalysen

    • Requirements :

  • Mehrjährige, erfolgreiche Tätigkeit im Arzt-Außendienst
  • Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Erfolgsorientierung, Engagement, Kommunikations- und Kundenorientierung
