About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join an international digital advertising team based in Lisbon. This position is open to candidates currently located in Germany who are interested in relocating to Portugal. Full relocation support is provided.

The role involves managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns supporting clients with Google Ads and ensuring high-impact delivery through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize online advertising campaigns for the German market.

Monitor performance metrics and provide improvement strategies.

Support clients with campaign setup Google Ads tools and troubleshooting.

Analyze data identify trends and ensure campaign objectives are met.

Work closely with internal teams to enhance overall campaign quality.

Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems.

Requirements

German : Native / C2.

English : B2 for internal use.

Experience in digital marketing Google Ads PPC SEM or campaign optimization.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to relocate to Lisbon (relocation package provided).

EU citizenship or valid EU work rights.
