Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Coordination
- Overall responsibility for team performance, task allocation and prioritization
- Point of escalation for complex issues across all domains
- Work Council and Labor Relations
- Handling of labor law disputes, social plans, and coordination with legal and external counsel
- Oversight and strategy for IP notifications and collective agreements
- Compliance and Governance
- Oversee audits, reporting obligations, and HR compliance strategy
- HR Budget and Planning
- Drive salary adjustment planning, HR cost control, and headcount planning
- Stakeholder Communication
- Interface with business leaders, finance, and EMEA HR leads
Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProgressive HR experience, including leadership roles in a multinational environmentIn-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Germany, Austria, and SwitzerlandProven experience in managing Works Councils and complex labor relationsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFluent in German and English (written and spoken)Benefits
