Let's connect : If you want to experience how things are done in the IT Underwriting Solutions team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Cloud DevOps Engineer .

You can look forward to

  • Support in the development, maintenance, support and operation of our software, services and enterprise software products
  • Contribute to the global establishment of Azure DevOps as a "One Engineering System" in the company
  • Collaboration with international development teams in the introduction and establishment of DevSecOps
  • Support in setting up the Azure infrastructure and pipelines
  • Further development of cloud operations (support and services)
  • Overarching collaboration with the product teams in the value stream

You come equipped with

  • Strong DevSecOps mindset
  • Familiar with Azure DevOps, especially Azure Pipelines with YAML as well as Git and PowerShell
  • Good knowledge of implementing IaC in CI / CD pipelines, ideally with Terraform and Azure CLI
  • Experience with the use of package managers such as npm, nuget, pip etc.
  • Knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript, .Net Core or .Net Framework desirable
  • Degree in computer science or a comparable degree with a strong IT focus and / or completed vocational training as an IT specialist
  • German and English at a business fluent level
  • Experience in dealing with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban and OKR) as well as an independent and solution-orientated way of working
