About the role :
As an Expert in Strategic Procurement, you support our procurement team in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth processes related to supplier, product, and pricing data. You take responsibility for data quality and administrative processes in supplier management, handle operational inquiries, and act as an important interface between procurement, internal departments, and suppliers.
With your structured way of working, you create transparency, resolve operational issues efficiently, and enable our strategic buyers to focus on negotiations and the further development of our supplier relationships.
About your tasks :
- Ensuring the quality of product, pricing, supplier, and contract data in close coordination with suppliers and strategic buyers.
- Acting as an escalation point for complaints, particularly in cases of price discrepancies and operational supply disruptions.
- Preparing and analyzing reports, evaluations, and decision-making materials to support strategic procurement decisions.
- Supporting strategic buyers in the preparation and follow-up of contract and price negotiations, including data preparation and documentation.
- Collaborating closely and actively coordinating interfaces with internal stakeholders such as Demand & Supply, Finance, Quality Assurance, Category Management, and Retail Media.
About You
You have a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field, and ideally first experience in procurement or a related commercial function.You work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and have a strong affinity for data, ensuring high data quality and process reliability.You are confident working with Excel and ERP systems, and you enjoy analyzing data to derive actionable insights.You communicate clearly and proactively, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.You are solution-oriented, hands-on, and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take ownership and drive operational excellence.You are confident communicating in French and English.About your Benefits :
