Specialist, Order to Cash (FTC 1 year)

Responsibilities

:

• Creation of invoices on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Processing credit notes, billing disputes, billing adjustments, new billing (NRR & ASV) as needed
• Interacting with clients on billing disputes, changes of legal entities, billing address, VAT, purchase orders
• Cash application and internal transfers
• Aging/Collections
• Preparing and consolidating monthly billing reports
• Supporting account managers and project management team on specific billing information

Required Skills:

• Completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or related fields
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Customer service working with internal & external clients
• Experience in billing is highly preferred
• High attention to detail for invoice/billing accuracy
• Proactive work style
• Completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel to analyze data

Highly Desired Skills:

• Experience in working with accounting systems, preferably Sage
