Our focus is on the development of innovative cosmetics, wellness and health brands. To continue growing, we are immediately looking for support in the German Customer Success Team. Tasks As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers through e-mail and chat delivering the best possible experience. Answering customer inquiries by e-mail and chat in a timely, personal, and professional manner that exceeds the customers´expectations Keeping our FAQs up to date. Keep an eye on customer feedback and help us build our community. Requirements How you can convince us : Just like everyone at Naturida, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism, who can also work indepently. You are fluent in German. Good level in English is a plus. You have experience working with customers, listening to their needs and providing the best solutions. You already have experience in the world of e-commerce support (Shopify and Gorgias). You are interested in beauty and health products. You have exceptional organisation skills.
