WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You manage a team of testing engineers,providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimalperformance and professional growth in the field of test andvalidation of infotainment functions.
Youcollaborate with major OEMs to understand their testingrequirements and deliver high-quality solutions that exceedexpectations.
You drive process improvementinitiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and effectivenessof testing methodologies.
You are responsiblefor planning and coordination with regards to our cooperation withonshore, nearshore, and offshore partners.
Youserve as a key point of contact for our customers regarding theacquisition of new projects, addressing inquiries, resolvingissues, and fostering strong relationships to drive customersatisfaction and loyalty.

WHAT YOUBRING ALONG

Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degreepreferred.

Proven track record of hands-onexperience in automotive software testing, particularly withembedded systems and infotainment software.

Demonstrated experience working with major OEMs in amanagerial capacity, overseeing testing projects and deliveringresults on schedule and within budget.

Deepunderstanding of the product development process, particularly inthe field of testing and validation.

Experience in the field of test specification and testexecution at the HiL and restbust simulation are abenefit.

Strong leadership and managementskills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire teams toachieve objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to interact confidently with customers, stakeholders,and team members at all levels.

Proficiency inboth German and English languages is essential, as this roleinvolves extensive communication with German-speaking clients andstakeholders as well as dealing with industry standards and legallyrequired documentation.

Proficiency inindustry-standard testing tools and methodologies (preferablyexperience with the VW tool chain and processes), with a commitmentto staying current with advancements in the field.

Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement,capable of identifying opportunities to enhance processes,technologies, and methodologies.
