Your tasks :

You will develop global processes for the Global Service business unit, implement them, develop them further and harmonize them.

In doing so, you will also take over the necessary documentation

• You will take over the rollout of new processes and will be responsible for the training of the worldwide employees within the business unit Global Service
• You will independently take over internal project tasks from planning to implementation and project controlling
• You advise the business units on continuous improvements to the Global Service
• You ensure compliance with the processes and take over the internal audit
• You are a competent contact person for questions regarding Global Service for the international subsidiaries

Your profile :

• You have a completed apprenticeship or a degree in the field of industrial engineering or economics
• You have gained several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in aviation and or in the metalworking industry
• Sound experience in project management would be an advantage
• You are service-oriented, enjoy working in a team and convince with a structured, proactive and analytical way of working and have good communication skills.

At the same time you convince with entrepreneurial thinking and acting

You have a good command of the German and English languages, both written and spoken
