Our client is seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic initiatives and ensure excellence in Biologics Quality Control operations .

Your objectives :
As the Head of Quality Control - Biologics , you will be measured against the following objectives :
- Provide leadership to QC teams and foster personal development in line with business needs.
- Drive strategic quality control decisions and implement harmonised QC systems across global sites.
- Oversee method implementation, validation, and compliance with GMP standards throughout the product lifecycle.
What you will do :
As the Head of Quality Control - Biologics , your duties and responsibilities will include :
Provide line and matrix leadership to QC employees, promoting development and knowledge sharingDrive strategic decisions on QC systems specific to Factory operationsManage method transfer, validation, and implementation of analytical testing for GMP productionOversee lot release, stability studies, and reference standard implementationSupport manufacturing investigations and communicate outcomes to key stakeholdersEnsure QC compliance with QMS and applicable regulatory standardsContribute to global QC process harmonisation and strategy development across sitesWhat you will bring :
These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Head of Quality Control - Biologics :
Over 10 years’ experience in analytical development or QC in the biotech / pharma sectorProven leadership experience in GMP-regulated environmentsStrong background in method development, validation, and tech transfer for biologicsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to dynamically prioritise and manage competing deadlinesM.S. or Ph.D. in Biologics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related fieldDeep knowledge of cGMP regulations and data integrity principlesWhat you will get :
