Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our
recruitment software solutions to potential clients in the
Frankfurt area. You will work closely with our production team to
understand the technical aspects of our products and effectively
communicate their value to potential clients. You will be the main
point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer
service and building strong relationships to ensure long-term
partnerships. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute a
strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and revenue
targets. - Identify and target potential clients in the Frankfurt
area, including small and medium-sized businesses as well as large
enterprises. - Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing and potential clients to understand their needs and
provide customized solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations and
presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our
recruitment software. - Collaborate with the production team to
understand the technical aspects of our products and effectively
communicate their value to potential clients. - Negotiate and close
sales deals, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and
the company. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor
activities to stay ahead of the game. - Attend industry events and
conferences to network and generate leads. - Provide regular sales
reports and updates to the management team. Requirements : -
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a
related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical
sales, preferably in the software industry. - Proven track record
of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain
relationships with clients. - Excellent presentation and
negotiation skills. - Ability to understand and explain technical
concepts to non-technical clients. - Self-motivated and
results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed. - Fluent in
English and German. - Willingness to travel within the Frankfurt
