Now is the perfect moment to join us: weve launched our fully reimbursed solution for millions of people with type 2 diabetes in Germany and were scaling rapidly. Next were expanding services for healthcare professionals and other stakeholders while integrating AI to enhance patient and doctor experience and improve the quality of care.

We are hiring

Were looking for our first Head of Product to take full ownership of our product and help drive Una through the next stage of growth.

This is a pivotal role: youll bridge discovery and execution transform bold ideas into reality and deliver products that directly impact patients healthcare providers and payors. Youll work hand-in-hand with our CEO as a sparring partner on strategy and prioritization and collaborate with our engineers designers and data scientists to build products that truly matter.

Tasks

What youll do

• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: from shaping strategy and discovery to delivering at high quality and speed
• Extend our product offering beyond the existing DiGA user base developing new solutions for healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders
• Drive executiontake complex products from concept to launch and scale shipping on time and at high quality
• Define and track success metrics ensuring every decision connects back to clinical user and commercial impact
• Leverage data and AI as core differentiators in the evolution of our product
• Act as a thought partner to the CEO contributing to product strategy and roadmap prioritization
• Navigate a regulated environment with confidence and turn complexity into clarity

Requirements

What you bring

• Experience in product management ideally at a Senior/Lead level
• A proven track record of taking complex products from concept through launch to scale
• Experience with end-to-end ownership of roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Experience building or prototyping AI-powered productsyou tinker experiment and show how things can be built
• A deep curiosity and fast-learning mindsetyou thrive on quickly understanding new domains connecting the dots and translating insights into product decisions
• Background in fast-moving entrepreneurial environments ideally paired with some scale-up exposure
• Strong communicator who energizes teams with positivity clarity and focus
• Comfort operating in regulated industries
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
