Gemeinsam können wir uns mit unserer Energie und unserem Teamgeist den komplexesten Herausforderungen der Welt stellen und zusammen mehr bewirken.Rollenbeschreibung : Lead long-term, sustainable, profitable growth for Market Sector Highways and Key Account Autobahn GmbH / DegesReports to : BA Mobility Country Sales DirectorRollenverantwortung : Develop and implement Account StrategyLead development of Market Sector strategy in line with overall strategy through annual and multi-year plansPrepare sector and account plans to translate strategy into concrete objectives, actions, and outcomesLead analysis and valuation of the Market Sector to build and maintain Arcadis’ understanding and insightsClient DevelopmentDrive overall growth in country market sector NOI, as sold gross margin, weighted pipeline, and DRO to meet or exceed planned targetsPersonally, lead one or two major accounts within the sector, including Autobahn GmbH / Deges asa  Key AccountDevelop and expand a sustainable network of relationships across the sector, leveraging these to enable Arcadis to have maximum impactManage the identification and selection of key clients and emerging key clients to ensure sustained sector growthCollaborate with Solutions teams to develop and implement pursuit / positioning strategy and lead the Solution Connected HighwaysDrive replication of success from client to clientDeliver a maximal client experience, conduct CX surveys, act on findingsPeopleSelect, develop, and manage local Account Leaders in collaboration with the Service LinesDevelop, coach,h and mentor people  embedded in the sector within the country, to achieve high performance, growth, and personal developmentThought LeadershipCoordinate visibility of Arcadis at conferences and meetings within the market sector.Key Shared Services :  Work with the Service Lines, Solutions, and BA Sales Directors to determine growth strategiesWork with marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies (campaigns, events) for the market sector.Work with Service Lines and People team for selection of Account ManagersQualifikationen & Erfahrung : The candidate should have :  Proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies to profitably grow client accounts.
