We're seeking a dynamic Head ofPartnerships to lead global initiatives, establish transformativecollaborations, and build a robust partnerships capability for thefuture.

RoleOverview :

As the Head of Partnerships,you will own the strategy and execution of high-impact globalpartnerships. Your focus will be on establishing relationships withmajor consumer companies and other high-profile organizations.You'll be driving deals independently with the opportunity to buildand lead a world-class partnerships team as we scale. This rolereports to the Global Head of ConsumerBusiness.

KeyResponsibilities :

GlobalPartnershipsDevelopment :

  • Build strategicpartnerships with global consumer companies, focusing onopportunities for our subscription program Wolt and other corebusiness areas.
  • Serve as the holistic owner forpartnership scouting, negotiations, contract structuring, signing,and execution.
  • Identify and prioritizepartnerships that deliver measurable impact, such as drivingsubscription growth.

DealExecution :

  • Lead end-to-endpartnership processes, including creating business cases,navigating negotiations, and securingagreements.
  • Manage high-stakes deals, ensuringlong-term value for Wolt andpartners.
  • Team Building andCollaboration :

  • Collaborateclosely with the Marketing, Wolt, and Senior Leadership teams toalign partnership strategies with companygoals.
  • Work in tandem with the Door Dashpartnerships team, leveraging their expertise andsupport.
  • StrategicInitiatives and RevenueGrowth :

  • Develop partnershipstrategies to drive key metrics.
  • Work withpartners to create unique offerings that enhance the Woltsubscription experience.
  • Expand beyond currentpartnerships to unlock new revenue streams and customersegments.
  • Qualifications :

  • Experience : 5-10 years of experience in high-impact partnerships, preferably inbig tech or related industries.
  • Proven trackrecord of managing and closing large-scaledeals.
  • Expertise in structuring and negotiatingcomplex agreements with a strong understanding of business casedevelopment.
  • Ability to operate at bothstrategic and operational levels, from leading high-stakesnegotiations to executinginitiatives.
  • Experience partnering with majorconsumer companies.
  • A collaborative leader withthe ability to build and scale a high-performingteam.
