REQUIREMENTS

• Expected experience : Exp 5 to 8 years
• Hands on implementation knowledge on all ITSM modules i.e. Incident Mgm ,Problem Mgm, Configuration Mgm,Knowledge Mgm,MIM and others
• Hands on experience on CSM, integrations(REST / JSON) and portal
• Sound coding knowledge with SNOW approved best practices
• Strong with Custom solutions and scoped apps
• Proficient on updating and setting best practices, cloning, refactoring and platform improvements
• Knowledge on CMDB, Discovery, Event and ITBM modules.
• English language is needed on fluent level
