We are excited to introduce an exceptional opportunity. A prestigious fiduciary, established nearly 10 years ago, is seeking a Head of Legal. This is a human-sized firm with a well-balanced, collaborative environment where communication is excellent and fosters strong relationships among colleagues. The firm has an outstanding reputation and maintains a discreet presence in the market, serving a primarily financial clientele, including Soparfis, Holdings, and SPVs in Private Equity and Real Estate.

Your Responsibilities | Finance – Corporate Governance – Legal Manager – Corporate Manager

  • You will manage a small team, assigning tasks and reviewing their work to ensure quality.
  • You will establish and review processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You may contribute to the firm’s growth by maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • You will participate in the set-up and improvement of internal processes and procedures to ensure the department runs smoothly.
  • Business development is not required but would be an advantage and could lead to a higher salary.

Profile and Career Path | Finance – Corporate Governance – Legal Manager – Corporate Manager

  • You have at least 7 years of experience as a Corporate Manager or Head of Legal in a similar environment, such as a fiduciary, PFS, or ManCo in Luxembourg, which will help you integrate smoothly into your new role.
  • To communicate effectively with both clients and your team, you are fluent in English and Russian .
  • You bring substantial team management experience , a key factor for success with your new team.
  • This role involves significant responsibilities, so being proactive and organized , with a commitment to supporting the team, is essential.
  • Comfort with business development would be a valuable asset.

  • You will earn a salary of up to €130,000 gross per year , supporting a high standard of living.
