Your tasks
- Act as a professional point of contact for users and as part of the team responsible for managing and providing facility management services
- Carrying out administrative activities such as coordinating technical services, cleaning, lock management and relocation management as well as coordinating with stakeholders on site
- Supporting commercial processing, including support with invoice verification
- Issuing and returning keys, including data maintenance, reordering and coordination for all site users and the BIP area
- Production of notices regarding all services at the location
- Adaptation of location sublease agreements
- Acting as contact person for tenants and users
- Management and control of existing service and maintenance contracts for water dispensers, coffee machines, etc.
- Initial processing, scheduling and coordination of tickets in the CAFM system eTASK
- Management of time data
- Coordination of occupational health and safety planning for the SMM area, including communication with the respective personnel manager
Your profile
- Completed commercial training and ideally professional experience in facility management
- Experience as the first point of contact for service requests
- Knowledge of SAP across systems and processes
- Confident handling of the MS Office programs Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint
- Interest in familiarizing yourself with new systems, such as eTASK and the PAA portal
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Independent and reliable way of working
- High level of commitment and sense of responsibility
