Your tasks

• Act as a professional point of contact for users and as part of the team responsible for managing and providing facility management services
• Carrying out administrative activities such as coordinating technical services, cleaning, lock management and relocation management as well as coordinating with stakeholders on site
• Supporting commercial processing, including support with invoice verification
• Issuing and returning keys, including data maintenance, reordering and coordination for all site users and the BIP area
• Production of notices regarding all services at the location
• Adaptation of location sublease agreements
• Acting as contact person for tenants and users
• Management and control of existing service and maintenance contracts for water dispensers, coffee machines, etc.
• Initial processing, scheduling and coordination of tickets in the CAFM system eTASK
• Management of time data
• Coordination of occupational health and safety planning for the SMM area, including communication with the respective personnel manager

Your profile

• Completed commercial training and ideally professional experience in facility management
• Experience as the first point of contact for service requests
• Knowledge of SAP across systems and processes
• Confident handling of the MS Office programs Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint
• Interest in familiarizing yourself with new systems, such as eTASK and the PAA portal
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Independent and reliable way of working
• High level of commitment and sense of responsibility
• Enjoy working in a team
• Strong communication skills and solution orientation
