About therole

As Business Development DirectorDACH, you’ll play a key role in driving Fixico’s growth. This is ahigh-impact position where you will spearhead our commercialefforts in the DACH region. You’ll be the face of the company,leading business development efforts, managing top-tier clientrelationships, and expanding our market presence.

With Fixico’s solid foundation in place, your focus willbe on scaling our clients base, driving new business, and unlockingfurther opportunities in the region. You’ll work closely withsenior leadership, including the founders and high-profileadvisors, to shape and execute strategic initiatives.

This role offers a unique combination of strategicinfluence, commercial leadership, and high-level stakeholderengagement. You’ll have the opportunity to shape Fixico’s growth inthe DACH region while working closely with senior leadership.Regular travel to Amsterdam for strategic meetings andcollaboration with the management team will keep you at the heartof key decisions driving our expansion across Europe.

Your responsibilities include

  • Own and drive growth in the DACH region bymanaging and expanding relationships with key enterpriseclients.
  • Leverage your network in the rental,fleet, lease, and insurance industries to identify and pursue newbusiness opportunities.
  • Spearhead businessdevelopment efforts to onboard new high-value accounts and scaleour market presence.
  • Lead complex consultativesales in a B2B SaaS and platform-based environment, buildingcompelling business cases to demonstrate Fixico’s value.
  • Act as the face of Fixico in the DACH region,representing the company in client meetings, industry events, andhigh-level negotiations.
  • Aligncross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Marketing) to deliverseamless service and meet strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine ouronboarding playbook and ensure the successful activation of newaccounts.
  • Lead RFP processes, stakeholdermanagement, and high-level negotiations to secure long-termpartnerships.

MinimumRequirements :

  • Proven trackrecord in selling into rental, fleet, lease, and insurancecompanies, with established relationships in thesesectors.
  • Demonstrated success in complex B2BSaaS enterprise sales, with a focus on navigating long sales cyclesand closing high-value deals.
  • Strongpreference for candidates with experience in scaling businessoperations in the aftersales domain and managing senior externalstakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with aproactive, independent approach to identifying and seizingopportunities.
  • Exceptional communication andpresentation skills, with fluency in German and excellent commandof English.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with astrong grasp of forecasting, budgeting, and performanceanalysis.
