What the job involves :
Client / Stakeholder Management
- Serves as the 2 in a Box for JLL's Cluster FM service delivery and escalation point
- Accountable for the FM service delivery to meet contractual obligations of JLL
- Build, develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Client's organization
- Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site / cluster client's expectations are met
People
Ensures the Cluster FM team is high performingHire, attract and retain a team of top talented employees; improve team performance through regular coaching and feedback; give recognitionBuild and maintain an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence within team.Operations
Responsible for the achievement of key performance indicators, service levels and other measures as contractedResponsible for management of all resources involved in the delivery of FM services in the clusterActively manage the professional development of all direct reportsImplement standard operating procedures and processesImplement all regional initiatives and programsImplement client specific initiatives such as savings targets, best practices etcEnsure that statutory, JLL, client and other contracted HS&E and Risk Management requirements are met or exceeded,Ensure full compliance with JLL and PG StewardshipEnsure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implementedReview site / cluster operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards and EXFinancial Management

Key Skills
Minimum 5 years' experience in Facilities Services Account ManagementTertiary qualifications in Facilities ManagementHas handled complex account structures, either running multiple teams, across multiple locations and countriesHas experience in handling client and / or Firm sensitivities' knowing when to escalate with urgency, or how to de-escalate certain risksHas Financial ExperienceHas experience in translating client needs into existing or new business growthCome and Join Us if :
