What the job involves :

Client / Stakeholder Management

  • Serves as the 2 in a Box for JLL's Cluster FM service delivery and escalation point
  • Accountable for the FM service delivery to meet contractual obligations of JLL
  • Build, develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Client's organization
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site / cluster client's expectations are met

People

  • Ensures the Cluster FM team is high performing
  • Hire, attract and retain a team of top talented employees; improve team performance through regular coaching and feedback; give recognition
  • Build and maintain an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence within team.
  • Operations

  • Responsible for the achievement of key performance indicators, service levels and other measures as contracted
  • Responsible for management of all resources involved in the delivery of FM services in the cluster
  • Actively manage the professional development of all direct reports
  • Implement standard operating procedures and processes
  • Implement all regional initiatives and programs
  • Implement client specific initiatives such as savings targets, best practices etc
  • Ensure that statutory, JLL, client and other contracted HS&E and Risk Management requirements are met or exceeded,
  • Ensure full compliance with JLL and PG Stewardship
  • Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented
  • Review site / cluster operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards and EX
  • Financial Management

  • Ensure site budgets and forecasts are prepared following the financial timetable.
  • Ensure financial processes are always followed
  • Meet the budget and saving targets

    Key Skills

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Facilities Services Account Management
  • Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management
  • Has handled complex account structures, either running multiple teams, across multiple locations and countries
  • Has experience in handling client and / or Firm sensitivities' knowing when to escalate with urgency, or how to de-escalate certain risks
  • Has Financial Experience
  • Has experience in translating client needs into existing or new business growth
