Your stor y
- You are an experienced 360 IT Recruiter or Account Manager, passionate about great customer service, with experience in scaling existing clients and winning new business
- Ability to be agile and adaptive, showcasing confidence in navigating fast-paced, tech-driven environments
- You have a passion for creating solutions to deliver customers objectives whilst aligning them perfectly with our models to ensure profitable growth
- Adept at encouraging strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders
- Skilled in research and technology, able to pick up new systems quickly
- You are goal oriented, understand the need for solid planning and clear execution but love to be part of a winning team and not a solo act
- Excellent communication skills and ambitious, positive self-starter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- You are creative and feel limited by the opportunities a traditional recruitment company presents to achieve your goal
