Your Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Sales Development : Expand market share through lead generation and increasing conversion rates, supported by CRM-based monitoring.
  • Market Analysis & Expansion : Successfully enter new and emerging markets.
  • Sales Activity Management : Prepare comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights for global sales meetings.
  • Implementation & Optimization of Sales Strategies : Continuously develop and refine existing processes.
  • Key Account & Partner Relationship Management : Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams such as the Center of Competence, Application Management, Project Management, and Service.
  • Customer Consultation & Solution Development : Advise customers throughout the proposal process and develop innovative solutions tailored to specific requirements.

Your Profile :

  • Master's degree (MSc or higher) in Biotechnology, Process Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role within the engineering sector; experience in the food industry is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end (E2E) processes and market knowledge in cell-based fermentation and precision fermentation .
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a structured working style.
  • Proven expertise in project management, communication, and negotiation .
  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written); German proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different disciplines .
