Backend Developer

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable server-side applications and APIs. Responsibilities :

Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend systems and APIs.

Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end features.

Integrate with third-party services and internal systems.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Maintain up-to-date documentation on system design and implementation.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.

Proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, Ruby).

Experience with frameworks such as Express, Django, Spring, or similar.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and message queues.

Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools is a plus.

Understanding of security and data protection best practices.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or gRPC.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
