Data Center Field Engineer

Location : Frankfurt, Germany

Start : ASAP

Contract : Full-time, 1 year contract (extension possible)

Work authorization : Candidates must have legal right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities :

On-site implementation of modular construction and IT infrastructure projects in data centers

Conduct site surveys and technical assessments before deployment

Manage and coordinate on-site construction and technical teams

Troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure issues

Maintain and update project documentation and reports

Monitor project progress, quality and risks, and provide feedback to the project manager

Communicate effectively with local teams, vendors and partners to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements :

Minimum 2   years of experience in data center operations, network engineering or infrastructure deployment

Hands-on technical background (networking, cabling, racks, hardware, construction or facilities)

Experience working on-site in technical or construction environments

Good documentation and reporting skills

Good English communication skills

Ability to work on-site in Frankfurt
