Your tasks
1. simulation & calculation
Creation of complex FE models (finite element method) based on specified component geometries.Carrying out precise weight calculations and subsequent evaluation of the results.Static verification and preliminary review of construction documents with regard to statics and weight.2. optimization & material selection
Targeted selection of materials (focus : composites / fiber composites ).Continuous optimization of components in the field of tension between maximum strength and minimum weight.3. testing & documentation
Specification, monitoring and evaluation of material and component tests.Preparation of the necessary verification documents in accordance with aviation law requirements.4. engineering support & management
Evaluation of technical deviations, specifications and change requests .Ensuring the flow of information between the specialist departments involved.Your profile
Qualifications :
Degree : Degree (Bachelor / Master) in engineering, mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering.Professional Experience : At least 3 years of relevant experience in aerospace and FEM calculation.Specialized knowledge : In-depth knowledge in lightweight design principles and fiber composite plastics (CFRP / GFRP) .IT skills :
FEM software : Confident use of tools such as Patran, Nastran, Hyperworks or ANSYS .ERP : In-depth application knowledge of SAP .Office : Routine in MS-Office (especially Excel for data analysis).Methodological competence :
Good knowledge of change, project and process management.Confident handling of problem-solving methods (Total Quality Management).Languages :
German : Business fluent.English : Proficient (confident communication in an international environment).
