You’ll help our rapidly growing customer base gain a competitive advantage and win competitions, while shaping the future of sports tech.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Help customers integrate our software into their workflow and team, unlocking competitive advantage.
• Provide technical software support for race events (communication with teams, timekeepers, series promoters).
• R esearch and calculate strategic race parameters (pitstop loss, expected laptime).
• Merge customer feedback and channel insights into development, and help shape future product features.
• Participate in the design and testing of new software features.
• Deliver actionable feedback and contribute to product evolution.
• Optimize processes to guarantee best-in-class customer support.
• Leverage AI tools to maximize workflow efficiency.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive Knowledge Base for all PACETEQ products.
