WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated employee to join our team in the area of Cash Payout & Master Data Management. The role requires strong knowledge of various systems and the ability to proactively solve problems in collaboration with different departments.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Processing CPO document requests in the SAP system.
• Master Data Management :
• Identifying and correcting master data errors in the system.
• Collaborating with the respective district managers to carry out master data corrections.
• Field Force Support and CPO Verification Process :
• Supporting inquiries regarding the CPO verification process from field force employees and retailers.
• SPOC for CPO Self-Service :
• Acting as the main point of contact (SPOC) for all CPO self-service activities of the Area Sales Managers.
• Customer Support :
• Proactively examining individual cases in collaboration with the field force team regarding the last customers who are not yet CPO-capable.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Required Skills and Knowledge :

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce and SAP
• Ability to proactively solve problems
• Excellent communication skills

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

• Field Force Operations : Prior experience with the daily operations of the Field Force
• Basic understanding of requirements of Cash Payout and similar topics
