IT Service Manager Service Delivery - Cloud (m/f/d)
Join our global IT Operations team, which manages and continously develops our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure form the network to cloud.
Your tasks
Taking responsibility : Responsibility for IT Service Management in the first / second level area for cloud service delivery
Driving progress : Ensure the quality of ITSM processes; contribute to the implementation of new topics and processes
Managing tasks : Independent monitoring of contract related and SLA responsibilities
Recording conscientiously : Completing and maintaining documentation for cloud topics
Living collaboration : Proactively working together with members of the global IT infrastructure as well as our service providers to ensure contract fulfillment and optimal service delivery
Your profile
Education : Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training (e.g. IT specialist (m / f / d) with several years of practical experience)
Experience : Professional experience in service delivery; experience with IT governance and IT security management; experience in working with service providers
Know-How : Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL certification is an advantage); knowledge of cloud environment (AWS and / or Azure);
familiarity with business workflow processes
Languages : Conversationally fluent English language skills required (min. C1 / C2); German language skills are advantageous
Personality : Goal-and solution-oriented way of working as part of a team , analytical approach to challenges, willingness to constantly deal with new technologies
