- Manage monthly reporting updates by compiling and analyzing data from different sources
- Support the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module, e.g. system tests and organizational tasks, as well as system users in case of questions
- Coordinate the translation of materials
- Create different materials related to Talent Acquisition, e.g. training material, video tutorials, documentation, working instructions, presentations
- Maintain and manage documents
- Conduct market analyses regarding sourcing opportunities (databases, job boards, campus, social media, etc.) and LinkedIn Talent Insights reports

Student (Bachelor or Master) of Business Administration, Finance, IT, HR, or similarIdeally already experienced in working with data and IT systemsTechnical and data affinityExperience with Power BI and / or SAP SuccessFactors preferred, alternatively ability to learn new IT tools quicklyHas good know-how of the Microsoft Office product portfolio, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and WordLikes to work in an international environmentFluent in English and GermanResponsible, structured, and thorough way of workingTeam player with flexibilityAble to create new templates, forms, and checklists based on a defined Corporate DesignA workplace that matters : our offering
