To strengthen the team at our biggest customer we are looking for Documentation Manager (m / w / d)  in Friedrichshafen

As part of this role, you will engage in dynamic and interesting processes related to comprehensive document management. You will collaborate closely with supportive and team-oriented colleagues from the configuration management team and the satellite project team, all within a highly comfortable working environment equipped with state-of-the-art technology and modern tools.

You will also operate independently across your full area of responsibility, serving as the primary point of contact for document and data management at the national level. Additionally, you will provide critical support for transnational processes, methodologies, and tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across borders.

Your main tasks will be :

  • Formal checking of internal documents after template or guideline
  • Receiving & Checking external document, data package deliveries
  • Deliveries of documents / data packages to ADS internal, suppliers or customers

    • Requirements

    This excites us :

  • you have at least 2 years' experience in documentation management in the aeronautics sector
  • after training in the field of technical documentation or a similar qualification, you are looking for a professional perspective that is both a lot of fun and allows you to combine your precise and focused work style with your communication skills in English. German language would be an advantage
  • if you already have experience with PDM systems (e. g. PTC-Windchill) or information systems (e. g. Confluence, Google Workspace etc. ) or if you are interested in gaining experience with us in the future
  • you are already familiar with common MS Office tools and Google Apps
