Your Responsibilities

Be responsible for the supervision, operation and maintenance of the services and equipment’s of the RENITA services, network and systems according to the ITIL processes

Be responsible for the Technical Service Desk for User Organization in the public safety area

Ensure the preventive maintenance tasks, detection of problems and troubleshooting of the RENITA services, network and systems

Ensure the availability of the services, network and systems and uphold compliance with the Service Level Agreement

Actively participate in continuous improvement activities. Apply best practice according to ITIL recommendations

Your profile

Have a Secondary School Diploma or have acquired during your career an equivalent experience

Knowledge of ITIL will be considered as an advantage

Knowledge of mobile network technologies (2G / 4G / 5G / TETRA) will be of advantage

Be flexible, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrate good analytical skills

Be fluent in English (written and spoken) and German (written and spoken); Luxembourgish and French language skills are seen as an advantage
