Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main interface between Airbus/Satair business requirements and external transport providers.
• Manage and monitor global transport service providers, ensuring SLA, cost, and quality compliance.
• Oversee operational performance and governance of shipments across the global network.
• Translate customer needs into logistics solutions and represent the “Voice of the Customer” in operational decisions.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for complex logistics, including AOG, oversize, and critical project cargo.
• Represent the business in cross-functional projects, ensuring operational realities are considered.

Requirements:

• University degree in logistics or similar
• 3 years of experience in procurement, supplier management or logistics
• Very good Google Workspace and SAP/R3 knowledge
• First experiences in process management
• Fluent German and English
• Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to hold vendors accountable while maintaining a partnership approach
• Relationship builder who bridges the gap between operational logistics and commercial business
