The head office for the DACH and EEC markets covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location for around 500 employees.

A day in the life of a Specialist NOS Merchandise Planning (m/f/x):

• You will be responsible for the weekly NOS reorder in collaboration with our partners

• You will perform updates on partners NOS assortments per division

• You will track stock deliveries and take proactive measures to address any delays

• You will provide regular performance updates to stakeholders

• You will create top level management reporting

• You will provide detailed analysis to identify potential and risks same as bestsellers and slow movers

• You will ensure transparency & communication amongst all stakeholders

What do we need from you You have:

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the field of planning partner management or related field

• Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders fostering a high degree of team spirit

• Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel PowerPoint Word)

• Initial knowledge of SAP (BW / HANA) would be a plus

• Good command of written and spoken English & German

• Hands on mentality and an ownership mindset

• Fast thinking and agile mindset as well as understanding of the E-Commerce world
