We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Show Permit Coordinator for Europe to join our growing team. This role will be essential in supporting legal, permitting, and compliance operations that make it possible for us to plan and perform shows across Europe.

As a Show Permitting Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Drone Aviation Permitting

• Support the process of obtaining and maintaining drone operation permits across European jurisdictions.
• Liaise with regulators, relevant agencies, and local authorities, including coordinating and managing translations where required.
• Compile and draft responses to technical and regulatory inquiries in collaboration with Engineering and Legal teams.

European Compliance Tracking

• Create and maintain a centralized database of country-specific permitting and compliance requirements, permits obtained, permitting processes, and regulatory documentation.
• Support project management activities related to aviation permits and regulatory product compliance.
• Monitor and track new and existing approvals, as well as relevant regulatory updates and changes.

Required qualification:

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in permitting, contract administration, legal operations, or administrative support.
• A technical bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify risk and track nuanced changes in legal or regulatory language.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to documentation accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple permit applications and administrative projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with international teams.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and manage high volumes of work.

Nice to haves:

• Experience obtaining drone permits in an EU member state.
• EU A1/A3 (or higher) drone pilot certification.
• Proficiency in French and/or Italian.
