Test Manager (mfd)

In your role as Test Manager (m / f / d) you will be responsible for supporting development of a test organisation with efficient use of all available resources.

Your tasks

• Technical managing verification activities
• Distribute tasks to internal and external teams and coordinate their work
• Present reports to management (PPM Stream Leads Global projectmanager) Critical questions regarding schedules and budget are also to be expected. The chosen strategy must be explained and defended
• Developing strategies for efficient testing in a high-pressure project taking into account quality and deadline pressure
• Controlling the defined processes and quality gates. The challenge here is to take account of different process landscapes and cultures and on the other hand to work together on a product
• Training all internal and external team members to understand the required processes. This requires in-depth knowledge of the processes and tools
• Definition of metrics for tracking progress
• Supporting the overall defect management processes (reporting and analysis)
• Close coordination with stakeholders regarding project progress and the deployment of internal and external employees
