Job Title : Contract EHS Advisor (German Speaker)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Advisor who is fluent in German to join our team on a contract basis in Frankfurt. The EHS Advisor will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on all EHS matters to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities : - Develop, implement, and monitor EHS programs and initiatives. - Conduct risk assessments and ensure proper control measures are in place. - Perform regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with EHS standards. - Provide EHS training and awareness programs to employees. - Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local EHS regulations and ensure company compliance. - Prepare and submit EHS reports and documentation as required. - Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications : - Fluent in German and proficient in English. - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field. - Proven experience as an EHS Advisor or similar role, preferably in an industrial or construction setting. - In-depth knowledge of German EHS regulations and standards. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Relevant EHS certifications are a plus.
