- Lead requirements gathering for Front Office processes
- Work closely with business users and decision-makers
- Conduct workshops and process optimization initiatives
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Define and validate user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support functional testing and user acceptance testing
Requirements :
6+ years of BA experience, preferably in Front Office environmentsStrong experience in business process analysis and requirements engineeringFinancial services background preferredLeasing domain knowledge is a plusExcellent communication and collaboration skillsNice to have :
